The land (15 cents) for the project is donated by Mr. Vadheesh Rao (USA), Mr. Nagesh Rao (USA) and Mr. Ramesh Rao, in memory of their parents Late Hosabettu Rama Rao and Smt. Varija.
Thus, campus is named "VARIJA RAMARAO SEVASHRAMA".

This building houses 10 single beded rooms, 7 two beded
rooms and 7 three beded rooms, Staff Quarters, Management
Quarters and Guest Rooms.
